We operate as a platform connecting candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or outcomes; employers remain responsible for recruitment decisions.

Accuracy of listings

We endeavour to verify listing information but cannot warrant completeness or timeliness. Always confirm role details directly with the employer.

Australian Consumer Law & Refunds

Where Pulseopportunities supplies services in trade or commerce to a consumer in Australia, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply. Nothing in these terms purports to exclude any non-excludable rights under the ACL.

  • Our services are provided "as is" unless a specific guarantee applies under law.

Liability, Indemnity & Third Parties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulseopportunities' liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with use of the site is limited. Where liability cannot be limited by law (including under the ACL), our liability is not excluded.

We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, except to the extent such liability is not lawfully excluded. For direct loss, where lawful, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service or AUD 200 (whichever is greater).

You agree to indemnify Pulseopportunities against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or unlawful activity. This indemnity does not apply where not permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution, Notices & Governing Law

If a dispute arises, contact us first — we aim to resolve matters promptly and reasonably. For formal legal notices, follow the process below.

  3. Governing law: the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
