
Fitness Coordinator — Adelaide (R2)
Support studio operations, coordinate classes and trainers, and lift the member experience at well-regarded Adelaide clubs. Flexible full-time / part-time roles.

Role overview
The Fitness Coordinator supports daily operations across group fitness and personal training departments. You’ll manage bookings, mentor junior staff, and ensure health & safety compliance in line with Australian standards.

Pay guide: AUD 28–36 / hr (dependent on experience)
Permits: Valid USI not required; Working with Children check where applicable
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate class schedules and instructor rosters.
- Manage member communications and customer service escalations.
- Oversee studio setup, equipment audits and incident reporting.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training for trainers and front desk staff.
